For Brunch on Sunday morning, I would always recommend the Peppermill at 2985 Las Vegas Blvd, right by the old Riviera hotel. It's been there forever, and portions are massive. Waitstaff has been there as long as the restaurant itself, and it's got a crazy disco ball ceiling.

Perfect after Saturday night 'extracurricular activities' as recommended by The LastBash Team.
